Terry Scott
Kelly Wright was one of the best supervisors I have ever reported to. He maintained a strong work ethic while remaining supportive to all ten of his staff members. He led by example through his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and overall knowledge of a multitude of systems applications including Solomon, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Frx (to name a few). He was extremely personable and kept his team motivated and focused as he guided us through the daily challenges of Accounting. Any company/employer should consider themselves extremely fortunate to have someone like Kelly Wright on their team

Directly reporting to Kelly for almost 2 years, my opinion is that Kelly is a detailed and analytical accounting professional with great people and leadership skills. During our time working together, I saw Kelly earn the respect of colleagues by leading by example, creating value through his honest and thoughtful feedback and solve some complex, detailed financial data and business problems. Kelly is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and pour over data. He is a hands on manager who communicates well with his team about expectations and what needs to be done. It was valuable to me young in my career to have someone to look to with so much experience. In addition to accounting skills, Kelly is an extrovert and I mean that in a good way. He is able to relate to workers on the manufacturing floor, office workers such as engineers and buyers and visiting general managers and vice presidents. He treats people with respect and gives them the benefit of the doubt. I would work for Kelly again.
