Kathy is an extremely well organized, well trained and efficient person. She provided a lot of training and review of skills to our first responder group. I have also worked with her on ambulance duty and find her to work above and beyond the basic required skill level. She is an excellent trainer, encourager and mentor. Her organizational skills come forward when she is coordinating emergency response for the Red Cross, where she provides a lot of services and direction for families in distress and has a tremendous amount of compassion for those in need.

A wonderful place to work in a family like setting. While caring for the onsite crew as a paramedic dealing with the daily aches and pains to serious trauma situations. When not dealing with medical calls, I offset my time doing administration duties directly under the mine manager. This included daily stats, planning rooms and travel, personnel schedule management, purchasing, assisting with staff orientations, communications with ground crew and flight crews, warehouse operations - shipping and receiving, and instructing first aid training for staff and mine rescue members.
