Development of Chiral Plasmonic Biosensors: - Improvement of spectroscopy performance based on polarisation spectroscopy on chiral nanostructures on Polycarbonate substrate with a gold coating. (Improvement of LabView script for having consistent ORD values, using MATLAB for smoothing raw data and create a new experimental procedure to increase accuracy) - Develop some Target-Linker binding using Affimer (synthetic human antibody developped by Avacta LifeSciences company) and their specific proteins (especially used human TNF alpha and human IgG). - Improve this Target-linker binding by inhibition of Non-Specific Binding (NSB) proteins using thiolated spacer (PEG-thiol) or functionalised gold surface using His-tagging procedure. With a 4 engineering student-team from Chimie ParisTech, we designed a model car with large environment footprintfrom a given electrical motor. I developed a managerial and trade plan to find sponsoring. I used CATIA V5 (CAO software) for modelling and 3D printing with Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) process. The team is rewarded twice : "Innovative ans Unusual Design" Prize thanks to public votes, and "Marketing-Communication" Prize.
