Jyoti is a masterful writer and communicator. She has a unique capacity for both abstract and concrete thought, allowing her to balance creative talents with a strong ability to take projects from ideation to implementation. Jyoti is highly collaborative, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. She's both open to other's ideas and never shy about sharing her own. Jyoti is a joy to work with, plain and simple.

Jennifer Hryciw

Jyoti is an incredible addition to any team. She is smart, quick to identify and solve problems, as well as someone who takes responsibility for her work. She is particularly good at writing, customer service and tactful negotiation, as well as an advocate for holding boundaries and making clear directions from vague instructions. When we worked together on projects, she would need very little direction to get the job done, and the quality of work was almost always above the mark. She is truly a wonderful person who creates positive change wherever she puts her mind to work.
