Learning & Development • Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies. • Planning, scheduling and coordinating training programs in consultation with various Departmental Heads, and also for Trainings organised. • Seeking feedback from trainees to ascertain effectiveness of the training programs. • Incorporating the same in future trainings to ensure greater benefit to the participants. • Induction of the new joiners Employee Engagement • Taking innovative initiatives to change the workplace into a “fun place to work”. • Organizing various social, cultural and learning events. • Employee hygiene.
