  Bodh is reputed organization working in the field of education for than two decades, it works for improving the quality of education in Government run schools. Bodh was implementing a project SIQE with support from UNICEF and state education department, in all the schools of state of Rajasthan. Project aimed at proper implementation of CCE a child centered approach to teaching and learning. I was based at Tonk district, one of the challenging location which was low on various indicators of education. Working closely with district education department, i was handling more than 300 schools of district, providing training to their Principals, teachers, monitoring classrooms, providing assistance to teachers in evaluating students, providing training to BEEOs and coordinating with DEEO and ADPC at district level.
