AKSelerator is the CareerTech product of BSBS. It transforms ‘graduates on certificates’ to ‘graduates with capabilities’ with the aim to solve one of India’s toughest problems- underemployment and underpayment to the large mass of academic degree graduates at the bottom-of-the-pyramid (currently at 20mn annually). It is an Executive Development Program for Fresh Graduates that puts a deprived (of socio-economic & quality education), but an aspiring grad. through an intensive, immersive, high touch, nonlinear, deep learning process (to acquire Attitude, Knowledge & Skills to grow as a business management executive) in 06 months with 4x returns by end of first year for the customer (AKSelerator student). AKSelerator is a result of 12 years of research, experimentation & refinement working with a cohort of about 300 graduates drawn from government colleges of southern India. BSBS has demonstrated the impact on their families through the real, verifiable outcomes- for instance one of the metrics being ‘income’- generated a cumulative incremental income of over INR 346mn for these families! The sparkle in the eyes of these youth and the joy in their hearts being immeasurable! On the other side, AKSelerator.com provides the growing India Inc. with on-tap or continuous funnel of capable entry-level human capital, as it’s intake and output runs through-out the year. It is a powerful intervention outside the formal education system; powerful because of the certainty/ guarantee of outcome:) The Sparkle-filled eyes, Income-filled pockets & Joy-filled hearts that leads to Inclusive Prosperity through improved economic health of the BoP youths & their families continues inspire us- always! We are raring to scale and open to like-minded partners to support our bigger journey to touch larger number of lives. Welcome please. Show less

At the behest of NIT-Goa’s Senate in Aug. 2018, developed an activity-oriented, stimulating activity-based research methodology module for 20 hours for the Masters and Doctoral degree students of the institute. It was conceptualised as a facilitator-led, student/ learner-driven module for ‘active’ participation by students. The objective was to shift the students from being passive listeners to being active participants in the course that they other-wise found ‘uninteresting’. The module was received with appreciation by Team, NIT-Goa. Show less
