For example, on a product listing page, she will find issues that only arise if you apply multiple filters, leave the page and come back, and then scroll down 2 pages. As a company, this allows us to confidently deliver high quality products, that deploy smoothly when pushed live. Additionally, she is very self-driven. This drives value to company in two ways; she primarily self-manages her testing queue and secondly, explores ways in which to make our QA process better and faster. Every day, she lays out her goals for testing and self-learning and then runs that by her team members. This gives great transparency to the team and made my role as project manager much more seamless. Additionally, she spends on average about 1hr / day learning a new skill or working on ways to improve the QA process for Unbound. Specifically, she has refined the way we log bugs to expedite the QA process. Lastly, she has an unceasing appetite to learn. She consistently looking to upgrade her knowledge and level up her existing skills. For example, she has set up 1hr meetings with team members to learn about the technical architecture of our product, understand the various phases of the project process, and so much more. She has a broad understanding of what our business is, how we run it, and the general ins and outs. This has allowed her to rapidly grow her skill set, allow for almost instinctual prioritization, and deliver in value in multiple areas of the business.
