I worked with Jim to drive improvement across the region and using some Best in Class practices developed by him and his team were deployed globally. Jim is very knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and drives improvement from "the floor". I attribute the improvements made at Tyco to the individual contributions made by executives like Jim. His automotive quality experience is very broad and is able to apply it in a very practical manner. Jim was a true asset to my team at Tyco, and a very dependable manager.
