  Spearheaded the incorporation of joint venture company (ONE Store corp.) with three major telecom operator (SK Telecom, Korea Telecom, LG U+) as well as the leading web portal company, NAVER to consolidate and operate ‘T store’, ‘Olleh market’, ‘U+ store’ and ‘N store’, which was established on March 2016. Initiated and led the preliminary ONE Store project, the integration of the infra system among three major telecom operator app stores, based on SK planet ecosystem(T store), by devising a strategy to separate the developer ecosystem and customer base, establishing collaboration scheme, and making a long-term contract among the operators. Redesigned and consolidated the licensing scheme of ‘hoppin’, and ‘T store video’, two competing mobile video portals of SK planet. Developed ‘T freemium’, a premium loyalty program for VIP customers, providing popular games and on-air TV shows on mobile by introducing a new lump-sum licensing scheme for contents providers.
