This all in the face of a declining market.Grew market share by 5% in the area.Fully tasked and accountable on volume and profit growth. I took over the area and implimented a solid strategy of stabilisation followed by growth in both volume and profit.I played an instrumental part in aligning the Molson Coors sales force with that of the newly acquired Sharps Brewery to ensure that we maximised both of our performances in the market place. This work helped cement the positon of Doom Bar as the South Wests number 1 ale and the countries 3rd largest selling cask product.
