  I work at the entrance of the hotel where I greet residents of the hotel and assist them. I answer questions assist with luggage, put wristbands on them, and assist them with anything they need. At times I will drop their luggage off to their room if they have somewhere to be. If they have any questions about the hotel, parking, or directions I assist them to the best of my ability.
