Primary Responsibilities • Working with local realtors, homeowners, neighbors, associations, permit offices & government officials to secure 2 primary locations for filming. • Sourcing crew accommodations, vendors, and production support items necessary for filming. • Pitching locations with network creative decks and production logistics decks presenting all information from remote locations. • Hiring local location managers and location scout familiar with the location to help expedite finding location options & support items. • Negotiating with property owners, hotels, associations, & vendors. • Regularly meeting with government officials & associations for permits, production support, and tax incentives, always keeping within budget. • Thanking the amazing State of Hawaii and brilliant film offices and commissioners with a big Mahalo for supporting filming & production while maintaining the integrity and traditions of Hawaii.
