After working with Justin for years at our company, it became very evident that he is a diligent and hard,-working employee. He truly cares about the people he works with, and thrives in an open and thought-provoking company culture. Justin's attention to detail is impressive and lends to the belief that he would be as comfortable working in the field as a superintendent, as he would in the office/field, in a managerial role. Needless to say, I believe Justin would be an asset to any company that hires him. We were sorry to see him go abroad, but understand that his life experiences are all worthwhile and will surely add even more depth to his future business endeavors. Bon voyage!

We worked with Justin at a few Apple projects in the Bay Area. He was always well organized and looking ahead at the schedule, he kept our projects moving and was always there to help the subcontractors stay on schedule. Justin is a very good, fair man.
