Utilizing these plans the patients get the care that they need, and the providers get to serve more patients! As Director of Engineering, I am responsible for the technology teams that make HFD run. This consists of 4 teams consisting of local, remote, and nearshore employees. My job is to deliver direction and vision to my department. I work closely with the Executive team to determine what steps we need to take to maintain an advantage in the industry. In this role, I work closely with my team and work to empower them in their role. My team consists of the following departments; IT Operations, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineering, and Database Engineering. - Creating Aspirational and Actionable road maps - Determine the technology that will best facilitate scale, reliability, and security. - Work with (great) managers to help drive direction and vision. - Work through competitive analysis and determine our technological advantage in our industry. - Determine the map between technilogical origination to alrting and telemetry.
