Justin joined us at defi during a critical growth/transition point. He was passionate about learning a new industry. He dug in, spending significant time to become an expert in the product. He was a self-starter you knew would get the job done and ask questions when needed. In addition to jumping in and learning quickly, Justin was excellent with clients, building strong relationships, and always advocating for them. In his time at defi, Justin worked and grew into a leader/manager as he built out a new product and team from scratch. After his time at defi, I had the opportunity to start a new venture with Justin and he again proved his desire and ability to jump in and try and learn new things around product, leadership, and marketing.
