Justin stepped into a project I was Technical Lead on and, if I didn't know he was just coming out of a coding bootcamp, I would've easily guessed he already had years of experience under his belt as a software engineer. He got up to speed on several new technologies in no time and built a whole full-stack web application according to our creative director's UI designs and the technical requirements of our application, which would interact with his service's web APIs. He brings a great energy and enthusiasm to every task he works on and is making great contributions at a very high level in such a short time. I have no doubt Justin will be a strong contributor on any project he takes on.
