Whilst engaging with in Marshall Fleet Solutions amongst the many tasks that Justin was responsible for during his consultancy I saw and experienced the contribution that Justin made into developing a strong, structured and dynamic sales team. Justin was very talented at identifying the skill sets of individual team members and then, with great diplomacy, placing individuals in front of the right target customers. Under Justin’s leadership the Marshall Thermo King targets were surpassed in both number of units sold and bottom line profitable contribution. On a personal level I very much enjoyed working with Justin and I only hope that on a professional basis our paths will cross again in the future.
