I have worked with Justine during a very rewarding year at Arcadis Gen. I have gotten to know her as a quite special People Leader. Conscious of the basics and strong in advising and implementing ways to improve human performance in a sustainable way. Whereas people focus and fulfilling the respective business needs is at the center of her activities she has a good understanding of the company’s mission, strategy and objectives and financial KPIs as well. She is genuinely loving to meet and deal with new people, is always ready to deliver on the spot and is truly fun to work with. I highly recommend her for any senior – nonmainstream – People position.

Justine is one-of-a-kind. You won't find another people professional so insightful and passionate about what it takes to create a genuinely inclusive culture. Not only is she utterly lovely to work with, she's the real deal - taking true accountability for the wellbeing and happiness of the teams within her care.
