  My role from a brand perspective includes designing the overall brand strategy for the business and then managing and leading the Marketing, Communications and Creative functions to ensure that it is implemented successfully. I also lead the People function which involves being responsible for the adherence of employment and workplace policies, ensuring the wellbeing of staff, leading the recruitment process and making recommendations in relation to the overall company structure. My role as Director involves collaboratively driving the company’s overall vision, direction and objectives.
