Palengke Express is a personal and experimental project that I am currently working on. I took the concept and approach from a volunteer drive “Lugaw Kits” and developed a collection of “Ulam Kits”. This project introduces simple, yet effective fresh produce kits for home cooking. The goal of this project is to help people who have little knowledge in home cooking be able to prepare interesting and delicious meals with little effort. This also raises awareness about the importance of reducing food waste for consumers, who can then make sustainable choices about what they buy.
