  Responsible for New Business Development and Marketing - Part Time, Mainly working remotely. My core roles within this position were: Building a client base for a fledgling Company and then maintaining these relationships once they were established. I joined the Company in 2011 when it was a start up, during the last year of trading Geosphere employed 20+ employees with a turnover of in excess of £3million. Business Analysis - I kept a detailed analysis of all the work carried out by the business, analysing the profitability and efficiency of the core areas and highlighting potential areas for improvement. Project Analysis - Monitoring individual projects and analysing the fixed and variable cost elements to see if improvements could be made to profiability.
