      In the multi-generational study, the toxicological effects of phthalates on the human body are investigated using rats as model organisms. The effects of phthalates on behavior (ethological studies), brain, liver, fat tissue, ovaries, and embryo development, ossification, hormones will be investigated as well as various other tests conducted. This research is supported by the Life Sciences Centre of Vilnius University.
