As part of the People & Culture team here at Alliance, I am currently employed as a Recruitment Resourcer & Compliance Consultant: - Setting up and creating tailored training modules for employees - Reviewing candidate qualifications, ensuring they qualify to carry out work within the healthcare industry - Onboarding new starters within a managed timeframe - Aftercare / candidate care up to a period of 6 months after the candidates onboarding process. - Managing compliance for onboarded candidates up to and sometimes beyond three months (As required by the business) - Assisting the recruitment team with recruitment sourcing, reference checks and compliance checks - Assisting with retention strategies to limit and diminish staff turnover - Sitting on the Culture Team & Diversity Board – forefront of company collaboration between employees and culture teams
