Participating organizations pitched their ideas to media, VCs, DNC delegates, and the general public on how to improve elections, voter access, and our political process. - I manage Seventy's production of "Voices of Voting," a play written and directed by David Bradley that connects the struggle of African Americans to obtain the right to vote in the 1960s Civil Rights Movement to the struggle of engaging young voters in the participatory process today. Nearly 1,800 Philadelphians have viewed the performance to-date.

Since 2012, B&B riders built or renovated 2,700 homes for low-income individuals and families. • Created a scholarship program that since 2013 has engaged 16 low-income young adults in B&B trips. • Guided staff and the Board of Directors to produce Bike & Build’s 2016-2018 Strategic Plan. • Developed Bike & Build’s Risk Management Policy. Saved insurance coverage after the market for bike touring companies disappeared in 2014. Standardized staff training, board training, Internal Controls policy, and personnel manuals as part of staff succession planning improvements. • Grew Board of Director membership from 4 to 9, with a range of accomplishments from experts in legal, insurance, accounting, IT, marketing, affordable housing, and cycling event planning. • Crafted Bike & Build's public messaging to 3,300 alumni, 22,000 social media followers, 11,000+ annual donors, 1,800 affordable housing and community partners, current and future riders, and the public. • Managed the development of Bike & Build’s new website, bikeandbuild.org • Continuing Education: “Principles and Techniques of Fundraising” - Indiana University School of Philanthropy.
