      Just four days after my college graduation I began my career in the water treatment industry with Chem-Aqua, Inc. I started as an account sales/service representative with over thirty accounts in the middle market sector. My customer base included organizations in the hospitality, commercial and residential buildings, healthcare and manufacturing business sectors. During this time I developed the tacit knowledge of properly treating cooling towers, chilled loops, boiler systems and how to apply a variety of pretreatment applications. Sales, account management, customer service and teamwork were also areas of personal growth for me during my first few years, and are areas I continue to work on improving to this day, as I feel they are crucial to professional and organizational success. In 2011, I was promoted to Area Manager and took on additional roles, responsibilities and opportunities. Over the next four years I had the opportunity to train five representatives in skills such as sales, customer service, product knowledge, return on investment development, account management as well as fiscal responsibility. In addition to training within the organization, I led countless customer training sessions and classes. I received an award for Area Manager of the year in 2012 for my successful efforts, and attained the Inner Circle Gold award in 2013 for annual sales over $750,000. In my final year with the company I managed three sales/service representatives with a combined customer base of over 300 accounts totaling approximately 1.5 million dollars, while servicing and directly consulting an additional 100 accounts of my own.
