During my time here, i spent equal amounts of time working at both Herringbone and Rhodes & Beckett stores. This was my first step into mens premium suiting and corporate fashion. Here, I became relentless in achieving results and completely dedicated to learning the business as well as the product, inside and out. I played an integral part in opening the St. James location, corner of WIlliams Street and Bourke Street in 2015 to deliver high-end customer service mainly to the Law & Justice sector and clienteling top tier demographic of Judges and Lawyers along with corporate and retail clients. Along with a new set of responsibilities, this was a very eye-opening experience transitioning from basic retail to a management position at a premium/high-end brand, simultaneously adapting to a completely new and interesting client base. Key Responsibilities: • Report directly to the store manager. • Ensure staff members meet KPI’s and implement plans of action to increase store performance. • Organising store checklist of things to be done for the week. • Attend weekly managers meetings and stay up to date with the companies monthly goals. • Quick and steadfast in negotiation and decision making. • Initiating start and end-of-day sales procedures, and opening/closing stores at multiple sites. • Achieving over 90% application rate and sign-up rate of customers to the customer database every week at Herringbone. • Maintained a 1.94 UPT average while based at the Herringbone St. James’ store.
