  Instructs and trains Line leads, Batchers, Fillers, Batch Relief, Bin Dump, Case-maker operators and packaging crew members in an instructor/trainer capacity. Follows and enforces GMP’s, MSP’s and Safety rules. Writes and implements process training procedures, SOP’s and SSOP’s. Reviews weekly and monthly production schedule and gives recommendations. Provides Management with cost-saving techniques. Provides weekly safety trainings for all sauce process personnel. Have daily breakout meetings with shift personnel at the beginning of the shift. Communicates plant goals that pertain to safety, quality and production. Training and self developing through study, research, and discussion to improve managerial skills and expand manufacturing expertise along with increasing developmentof direct reports and operational employees to instill promoting within the organization philosophy. Participate in the HACCP Program. Responsible for Process Control documentation review and sign-off from beginning to end of each production run.
