Justin's creative and commercial aptitude is second to none. His ability to see the bigger picture whilst taking a fresh approach that appeals to the target demographic is highly admirable. His work on award winning graphic, branding and retail marketing programs put him head and shoulders above his peers and always the person you would like on your team. He has a proactive attitude and would always put the extra effort into projects to make sure a job was done superbly. He has a keen eye for detail and puts great efforts into considering a project from every angle. His interpersonal communication skills are commendable and clients always felt relaxed whilst informed during his presentations. I would certainly recommend Justin and would be delighted to work with him again.
