I manage the inventory of the shop. This means keying in all of the stock orders and deliveries received on a daily basis. I am also in charge of sending malfunctioned parts under warranty to their manufacturers for compensation. I also do odd-ball jobs such as deliver parts to customers, take drivers back to their garages when their trucks are being serviced and keep the garage tidy. I manage the inventory of the shop. As a delivery expert I dealt with customers both at the counter and through the phone. This meant taking their orders as well as dealing with any questions/concerns they may have had. I also handled oven duties and boxing the food before it was to be delivered. Delivering the food to the customer in a timely manner was a priority. As a shift runner I supervised a crew of 3-7 employees (depending on day/business). The shift runner is in charge of running the store. If you were opening shift runner I would show up early to open the store, preheat the oven, fill the makeline and make sure the computer system is running properly. The night shift runner closed the store which including running the end of day process with credit card transactions and counted the till. No matter what shift you were, the shift runner would be the head chef so to speak. They were in charge that all the food was prepared quickly and efficiently. They also had to resolve issues when customers called about orders that were messed up.
