      I led a small highly trained and effective team to drive efficiencies in aircraft operation. By utilising the unique skill sets of company and external SME's including Flight standards, APG Engineers, Dispatch, Product and Operations we were able to monitor and report on many facets of aircraft operations that are generally missed by many of our competitors.
