  I am the sole Human Resources staff for our company of ~80 full-time employees and ~20 part-time employees.I am in charge of our company's benefits management which includes health, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, LTD, Aflac, 403(b), workman's comp, and time-off tracking.I keep our employee files in compliance with state regulations for residential care facilities. I aid department heads in searching for qualified applicants, including pre-screening and occasionally interviews.I coordinate all of the company's on-boarding training which consists of 80 hours of training by 20+ instructors.I am also included in the list of instructors and train new staff on behavior management, de-escalation, policy & procedure, and Handle with Care restraint training.
