Justin Sir, as I typically address him, is a teacher unparalleled. He introduced Economics to my son in IB Class 11 at Dhirubhai Ambani International School and the lad is hooked since. In fact, Economics is one of his majors at his present undergrad level. More a friend than a teacher, Justin Sir created a deep teacher-student bond in just 2 years. His incredible subject knowledge coupled with incisive commentaries endeared him to his students. In fact, I used to look out for him at parent-teacher meetings, for his precise analysis of my son's progress was worth a hear. A warm and ever-smiling personality further adds to the teacher we all fondly call Justin Sir. I sincerely wish him the very best for an incredible life!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN : REFERENCE FOR JUSTIN SEBASTIAN : TEACHER AT DHIRUBHAI AMBANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with Justin during my time as a teacher at Dhirubhai Ambani International School until I left in October 2011 to return to the UK where I am currently a teacher of Economics at Malvern St. James School in Worcestershire. This is my 40th year of teaching Economics. Previous to my time working in India I had been Head of Economics and Business at the Royal Grammar School in Worcester, UK for 18 years. I have to say without any misgiving that Justin is an outstanding teacher of Economics and a first-class colleague to work with. I judge teachers not just on their academic strengths but also on their work in the classroom and the working relationships they have with fellow teachers and with students. I fervently believe that teachers should be as helpful and positive as they can be in order to achieve the maximum outcomes for their students and for their school. I strongly feel that Justin meets my criteria to the highest degree. I also consider that teachers need to be efficient administratively and thoroughly organised and competent in the management of their time and resources. Again, I believe that Justin fulfils these requirements. During my time at Dhirubhai Ambani – three years of immensely satisfying experience – I was able to work closely with Justin. One of his real strengths is his willingness to share ideas and to seek support and counsel when working on new challenges. This respect for other people’s views meant that he was always able to make considered and reasoned decisions that ensured that the best outcomes were attained. This meant that he was a real
