I've known Justin for over 10 years. I've known him as a trainer, a colleague and my boss. Justin has what trainers need but don't always posses - passion for the topic! As trainers, you might have delivered the same session 100 times but Justin will make you feel as if it's his first time, every time. He'll bring his unique perspective on the subject, his interest in the topic and his abundance of real life experience to make the training truly effective. I hope you have Justin as your trainer one day.

I had memorable experience of working with Justin during my employment at Hilton. He is great mentor and open-minded person, full of enthusiasm and wisdom. I really enjoyed the energy flow during class that we’ve co-facilitated in the UK for Hilton team leaders. Although we saw each other for the first time in person, it seemed that we know each other for ages, that’s how friendly and easygoing he is. Justin knows how to make not only use of the learning experience, but also the great fun. He has high standards for training delivery which ensures best-in-class learning experience for participants. Justin is very thoughtful and collaborative as a facilitation mentor and partner. Being a leader of Hilton Extended Learning Networking (ELN) he generously shared with me his massive knowledge and experience on certain stage of my career and I’m really grateful meeting him on my professional path.

To me, a crucial part of successful learning is having a facilitator who not only knows their subject in great detail, but also knows their audience and has the ability to tailor and deliver content, that makes learning fun. Justin has those attributes and a lot more. I'm genuinely privileged to have experienced a number of training courses with Justin over the years and can safely say that my skill set, work ethic and time management is in a much better position because of not only what he's taught me, but the way he delivered it. The way I structure my working day to maximize productivity and the mindset in which I approach things is largely in part to his work. I'm grateful for the help and guidance he's offered in his own free time as well as I've begun a new venture. I couldn't recommend him enough for training or content delivery - a thoroughly excellent trainer!
