I trained Justin during his onboarding process at Structure Research. He is a very quick learner so training him made for a very smooth process. The formulas I developed in our models were often lengthy and complex, so I was worried about Justin’s ability to comprehend them at first. Even I would need time to sort out what happened in my formulas if I hadn’t touched them for a long time.
