  I have done asset protection for my whole career and just recently went into the Armed security field. While I was at Meijer I was a store detective for 7 years and the last 3 years I was a Store team leader in Asset protection. My main goals as a store detective were to catch shoplifters and team members for theft. I also was in charge of moving and positioning cameras, making schedules and keeping the stores safe. I am CPR and AED certified and also have my CPL. I also created BOLO's for all of the Flint market for organized retail crime suspects.
