  I am the regional director over twenty five pools. My responsibilities include product sales, client acquisition, customer satisfaction, and perform repairs. Oversee employes including supervisors, pool managers, lifeguards including international lifeguards multiple counties around the world.

  I am responsible for somewhere between 10-25 pools a week depending on the time of year. That includes keeping the chemicals balanced, everything clean and functioning properly, and communications with the pool chairs/HOA's. I have between 1-3 workers with me per day who are usually international workers from the J1 program. I have had the pleasure of working with men and women from Bulgaria, Vietnam, Jordan, and the Ukraine.
