Managing of all aspects of the construction process from beginning to end. Preparing project schedules and maintaining those schedules, writing RFI's, reviewing submittals, leading safety meetings and Foremen's meetings weekly. Working closely with Subcontractors, Owners, Architects and Building Officials is another major role as a Superintendent and key to a successful project. I was brought up in the trade and spent much of my career as a working Superintendent.
