I hired Justin to replace a mis-cast team member and he's done a fantastic job in the Customer Success role. His past work as a direct salesperson is valuable when up/cross-selling Zetta solutions. He has a real knack for both comforting a customer so that they feel like their issues have been heard and then either championing those issues to our team or explaining why the policy in question is in place. His record of increased ARR and retention is a testament to his abilities. He also worked with the CFO to create reporting used in weekly meetings with the CEO to update the team on expected ARR in coming months. I recommend him with no reservations for a Customer Success or a straight sales role.
