  I work with management in a formalised role, supporting them while also challenging them through the next phase of the company’s growth. In a short period of time, LPE has grown its customer base and suite of products to help people save money on electricity. However, there are areas where the company can always improve and this has and continues to be an internal focus of mine. The continued improvement of company-wide efficiencies in order to optimise resources while keeping costs low should deliver superior service and products to our customers. Externally, how we communicate with the investor market is very important through the adoption of an under promise-over deliver culture with regards to customer, financials and performance targets that will be measured by the outside world over time.

  I have been with LPE and its co-founder; Damien Glanville on investment, funding and advisory capacity since the company's inception. I helped guide LPE through its growth to a publicly listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Negotiated the vend terms and helped lead the company's transformation from a private start-up through to the reverse take-over of an existing ASX listed shell company. I continue as a significant shareholder of LPE and strategic advisor assisting in the funding and growth of the company along with its communication program with stakeholders.

  Today I retired from the Board of Conrad and as its COO but will continue as an advisor through the Company's next phase of growth and also as a shareholder. I would like to highlight the many successes the operational team have had over the years and I have been very fortunate to have gotten to know and work with some amazing people. The Company’s trajectory today would not have been possible without operational successes, and our team have delivered on-time, on-budget execution of all our drilling and seismic activities with zero safety incidents. This is a remarkable outcome in the upstream industry, which is beset with delays, cost overruns, and risk.

I oversee our operational issues with regards to drilling activities. Conrad is the Operator of all its permits, hence total control of the exploration and development process. I manage the day-to-day business of Conrad including its drilling activities, operations and business development.

  Established and led Sterling Energy, an E&P management company for over 7 years. Pioneered a fully registered and compliant investment offering with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission, allowing direct investments through our structure, into oil and gas projects within the US and allowing investors to benefit from the monthly income generated. Built an operational team in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas to handle on-ground operations. Expanded from shallow oil exploration to coal seam methane and deep natural gas. Drilled over 120 wells within the first three years.



Golden West Drilling

  Funded and commissioned the building of drill rigs in Central Louisiana from initial concept through completion despite escalating footage rates and limited supply of land rigs. Managed investors and a team of 28 employees. Monitored financial trend within the industry and divested the assets to our major client for cash and oil production when the crisis of 2008 reversed for the better.
