I have had the privilege of working with Justin on a number of projects during the last 10 years. It has always been an absolute pleasure. Justin is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled professional who continually delivers massive value to our projects, no matter how tough the challenge! He genuinely understands the commercial realities and finds great solutions, with a rare combination of strategic thinking and a creative flair. He's a real asset in any project and someone that I hope to work with for a very long time.

I have no hesitation in recommending Justin's services, in fact I would go a step further and say anyone with ambitous plans for their business needs to speak to Justin. He has a very unique combination of expertise in international development and raising finance which he brings to the table in an extremely efficient and customer focussed manner.

As lockdown continued and furlough circumstances prevailed, I was presented with the opportunity to join Northumbria Police as a front-line officer. A role I'd had a fascination with from a young age, the pandemic presented the ideal opportunity to explore an alternative career option. In the first 12 months I achieved independent status, with a distinction in supporting course work. However, despite a real passion for the role and in particular fellow officers, I took the opportunity to return to the private sector. The plan to combine police work with freelance consultancy (to subsidise the significantly reduced police income) proved highly impractical in the face of 14+ hour night shifts! I maintain a huge respect and admiration for the police service and I have continued working with Northumbria Police in a voluntary capacity as a Special Constable.
