  I work in the Residential Life Department as what most people consider an "RA." This position allows me to manage different students, or residents, as well as serve as a resource for them.   As a cheerleader for the National Cheerleader's Association, I serve as a veteran employee for their Leadership staff. I engage teams, teaching them new material each summer. As a staffer, I have directed teams, addressed large crowds, refined my public speaking skills, and supervised camp schedules - all while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
