Justin is one of the most dedicated teachers I have had the pleasure to work with. I was really impressed with the level of work Mr. McLean taught his 6th and 7th grade students. Issues such as Operation Iraqi Freedom, Poverty in the United States, Palestinian-Israeli relations and the Prison Industrial Complex (I was a guest speaker) are a few of the complex topics he has taught his students. It takes a dedicated and creative individual to take such complex topics and make it "kid-friendly" while simultaneously delivering the content in a manner that allows the students to formulate their own opinions. Mr. McLean has a very bright future in the education field.
