      Began working for the United States Naval Academy's Athletic Association in the summer of 2014 as a camp counselor/coach. Assisted with daily check in duties and supervision duties of campers. Instructed lessons to campers as well as direct demonstrations to campers as well. Coached along side multiple other coaches from different areas of the world and supervised assistant coaches.       Joined in 2008 and have completed numerous hours of training to become a certified volunteer firefighter for station 19 in Anne Arundel County. Completed classes in Firefighter 1 & 2, HazMat Operations, HazMat Awareness, Emergency Medical Responder, Rescue Technician: Site Operations, Emergency Vehicle Operator, Ice Rescue, Fire Boat training, as well as keep a current CPR & AED certification for the past ten years. Was awarded the stations "Rookie of the Year" award after my first year in membership. Was also awarded a "Life Saving Citizen" award for the skills performed while off duty with a lighting strike that caused two male teens to go into cardiac arrest both of whom are still alive today due to my quick thinking skills.
