Bridge-to-Employment (BTE) is a 3 year joint programme between Johnson & Johnson, Trybe, and MOE, that aims to develop Secondary 2 student's career readiness, while introducing them to the roles and pathways towards the STEM sector. Building Eco-Systems (BES) is community-based programme that seeks to prepare youths for a meaningful and sustainable career, through the development of their career readiness. ----Programme Lead for BTE+ Programme conceptualisation - development of youth-centric programmes aligned to the purpose of the programme.+ Programme operations - facilitation of programmes involving both secondary 2 students, as well as community volunteers from various background and experiences. + Stakeholder management - synergise efforts between partners with various experience and background, leveraging their strengths and resources to develop an effective programmes for the students. ----Programme Lead for BES+ Programme conceptualisation and evaluation - Development and refinement of programme service model, through the research and implementation of evidence-based practices and tools.+ Stakeholder management - Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with employers and community partners, to ensure we can cater to the diverse vocational profiles of clients.

The Community Rehabilitation Centre was an institution operated by the Singapore Prison Service, and previously managed by Trybe Ltd. It provided a community-based rehabilitation programme for young drug abusers and addicts, focused on restoring their personal and social capital within a structured setting. My roles:+ Programme conceptualisation and evaluation with an evidence-based approach+ Programme operation - Overseeing the execution of developed programmes and routines for the clients, ensuring alignment to the centre's therapeutic philosophy.+ Crisis management - Provision of support for staff and clients for complex problems, making key decisions on matters related to operations and discipline. +Staff development and support - Ensuring the continued development of staff, and the implementation of their ideas within the programme. + Stakeholder management - led regular collaboration and negotiations with Singapore Prison Service in relation to the development and review of the philosophy and operational processes.
