  I built and programmed code for Mitutoyo Quick Vision machines that inspect machined parts in Visual Basic. I also wrote applications that improve and optimize manufacturing processes. Also, I am integrating a SQL database using MS SQL to collect and report data for process controls. This also includes researching systems that are 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.

  I prepared laser cut designs for graphic overlays, prototypes, and die-cut components using Adobe Illustrator. Then I efficiently programmed and operated laser machine to manufacture products to specification. Also, I programmed an environmental chamber for stress testing on products. These tests included humidity and temperature cycles. After testing, I then prepared reports to convey the results.
