I have worked with Justin at Columbia Gas of Ohio since March, 2015. Although we were both new to our position, I was also new to the company, while Justin already had 7 years in and a lot of experience in the field. Justin saw potential in me and helped guide and mentor me, and he has always supported me and backed me up in tough situations. I owe my career to this point to Mr Hupp, along with a a few others who have taught me, guided me and helped me grow within the company. I have personally seen Justin grow as well, he has a very strong work ethic and applies himself well to any task given. He has taken on a huge amount of extra work and responsibilities outside the job description and does so with a smile on his face. Justin is a true and huge asset to our team, and to NiSource as a whole. I would highly recommend him for any position available to him, although I would truly hate to see him go anywhere else!
