  Receive new Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Monitors and Printers. Document, Tag with IT tags, label, image and deploy devices to end users throughout the City of Las Cruces. Setup new DTPs, LTPs, Tablets, Monitors and Printers for the end users. Imaging the DTPS, LTPS AND TABS, I use SCCM and boot off of PXE to install the OS. I have also created the entire receiving process for shipments that come in as well as established the documentation portion of the process. I have created a work flow as well as documented an SOP for the Deployment Technician position. I have trained four employees under me to do the same job I do. I thoroughly enjoy driving around the city, meeting new people. I have establish and continue to cultivate many relationships with co workers and other City Employees.
