From the first time I met Justin, he created a welcoming and inclusive space for me as a new employee. He was always a person I knew I could reach out to if I needed help with anything to do regarding my experiences at work or to help me understand my resources as a queer employee. He has the wonderful qualities of being both a skilled, organized people leader, and possessing a natural level of high-emotional intelligence & empathy that immediately inspires everyone to feel at ease. Any organization will be so lucky to have Justin on the team.

I had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Justin while at Medallia. He was a thoughtful, detail oriented and urgency driven coordinator. He put experience first and always went the extra mile to ensure speed, empathy and that the candidates needs were balanced with the businesses. Coordinators are so incredibly important in the recruitment process and since we had a ticketing system, we didn’t always work with the same coordinators and yet Justin has a knack of picking up individual styles and ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all involved.
