Justin is one of the best industrial designers I have ever worked with at HP. His passion for excellence in design, customer centric approach, and willingness to collaborate with different teams make him a fantastic professional to work with. As a marketing product manager, I always found it very easy to align with him, and the collaboration between our teams was seamless. He executed all the marketing and product requirements for the HP ENVY 6000 printer series perfectly, and he is in great measure responsible for the amazing feedback we have had regarding the printer design. Besides all that, he has a positive attitude and excitement about design that he transmits to everyone on the team. I would definitely recommend him!

I managed the HP Print Advanced Design team, and Justin was part of the team, after us working together for a few years on the Design identity harmonization and innovation. Justin is a rare treasure. There is no ego, just an incredible Creative force of positive energy. I worked with Justin closely ever since I joined the HP Design team, as we went out to develop a wide range of advanced concepts to breath new life into the Print category. Justin showed a Strong Creative leadership to help orchestrate a progressive language, and exciting concepts that we took on a world tour to demo to the various Sales organizations, thus creating a lot of excitement around the category. I enjoy working with Justin, and we spend many sessions together workshopping, and shaping, orchestrating and curating, the breath of concepts. We also remained partners to ensure the harmonization of the Broader HP print product roadmap execution, as well as conceptualizing broad strokes. Lastly we laid out a customer decision journey analysis together to explore future opportunities, and Justin pulled a lot of weight in the uncovering of Latent needs, and future seeds of innovation across the touchpoints, beyond Product Design into the full solution. Justin combines vision nuance and a keen nose for trends, and trend interpretation, with a rigorous drive for Quality & Desirability, in the execution of the Design. I Highly recommend him to any team, that has the ambition for World Class design delivery.
